Brick Pits in the Horsham Area 25th September 1999

This trip was led by Lesley Dunlop at Cranleigh Brick and Tile Company's works near Rudgwick, West Sussex.

We saw the raw material (Weald Clay) and the whole brick-making process to the finished product, at the Cranleigh Brick and Tile works. Thanks to Di Clements and Madelline Ettlinger for the pictures.
